What this is
Blood Decoder is a consumer educational tool that explains common blood-test markers in plain English. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic service, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician.
What it isn't
- Not a diagnosis. Nothing here tells you that you have a condition.
- Not a treatment plan. Nothing here tells you what to take or do.
- Not an emergency service. If you're acutely unwell, call your local emergency number.
- Not HIPAA-covered. Don't upload data you're contractually required to keep under a Business Associate Agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the service only for your own personal, non-commercial education. Don't upload data belonging to other people without their permission. Don't try to misuse, scrape, or stress-test the service.
Accuracy
AI-decoded results may contain errors. Always cross-check important numbers against the source report and discuss anything that concerns you with a healthcare professional.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made on the basis of information provided by the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something material we'll update the date above and, for account holders, surface a notice in-app.
